Father's Day; the flip side

Today, i read a few early father's day shout outs.
In the US and the UK, tomorrow is the day set aside to shower dad with lotsa love.
In Oz, ours isn't until later in the year, i forget the date. i don't want to see it coming,
and when it does, i remember my stepdad, who made up for so much.
I read these at postsecret tonight; (link below) and remembered how much this day hurts,
for many. Probably far more than you realize.
Today, my thoughts are with those out there, hurting.

I know how you must feel and I'm sorry. I just hope a few guys read this to make them realize what being a father is all about. Congrats to your step dad.

well said Lily, I know how that ones feels. Fathers Day is a bittersweet day isn`t it?
My heart stopped when I logged into Orble this morning and thought I had missed it... moving all over the place I rely on advertising to remind me of these days ~blush~

same, i was thinking 'is it here already? groooan then phew ::: smiles :::
the interview went pretty well (i think) .. they seemed happy enough.. shrugs.. i find out early next week... more shrugs lol (can you tell i'm frustrated with this whole job HUNT thing? ugh)
