Images V

I am a silence, a clear sky gaze
..I am faded coral, a thirsty wave
....I draw water from a salty bay

I am an embryo, a red liquid love
..I am a star’s afterbirth, a roaming vapour
....I ride on the whip of a comet tail ................

I am a pasture line, a boundary of trees
..I am a smooth pebble, a fire circle
....I line the graves of resting spirits

I find this to be well - balanced - a hint of sadness tinged with a hint of joy tinged with a hint of neutral emotion, very good word use Lily.

i swear the quoteds are BOTH my favourite lines in this one.. this series; is poetry of mine i can honestly say that i like.. wrote them in hmm 2003, maybe 4

seeings though my muse has pulled down her SHUTTERS, pfft .. I'll post 'Images I' and one a day after that, keep em keen or hangin' or something like that..
