T'was a dark and stormy night, and not a sound could be heard.
All the creatures in Ordinaryville huddled together, no stirrings in the night. In the light of a rice paper lantern, is a feisty woman, speaking of strings and strength, and circling a spoon into her big pot of life.

and a cigarette lit
sip baby sip
calm the voices
and lay with me
minds are strong
and hearts are weak
or is it
the other way around?
maybe the green frog knows
we'll ask him
next time he hops by

I love frogs, they have special meaning for me of late.. most hardy creatures, not appealing to the eye for most, but i think they're adorable ....smiles....:
